TDAE Rubber Process Oil (Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract)

Rubber Process Oils (RPO) are used to improve the processability of

rubber compounds or to increase the bulk of rubber in order to lower cost.  

They can can be broadly classified into three basic groups namely,

parafinics, napthenics and aromatics.  They are used in a large variety

of finished products in the chemical and manufacturing industries. 

We supply a wide range of high quality RPO as we recognise the crucial

role that RPO plays in your products and operations. 

This environment friendly process oil is used as a softening additive in
the process of vulcanization of natural rubber and as a component of
rubber compounds.  Its high viscosity gravity constant (VGC) leads
to the reduction in heat buildup and rotational resistance during the
usage of tyres. Such characteristics enables our TDAE to be used in
the production of high quality tyre and rubbers.  
Our TDAE has achieved REACH and GS MARK standard.
Applications are in (but not limited to) the following industries:
Tyre Manufacturing
• Tyre Retreading
• Technical Rubber Products
